FLUX magazine successfully launched

FLUX – a magazine for lawyers at the cutting edge, was launched on 23 November as a collaborative project between LexisNexis UK and Cambridge Judge Business School, Executive Education. The 48-page magazine celebrates diversity and women in law, and focuses on outstanding contributions to the legal industry within in-house and top law firms, on both a national and international level. The magazine also focuses on how to resolve challenges affecting the legal sector, including working globally across time zones, flexible working and innovative business development strategies.

FLUX builds on the work that Executive Education at Cambridge Judge has pioneered through the Women in Law Leadership Programme, and becomes part of the business school's Women's Leadership Initiative.

The glittering launch event featured prestigious speakers and guests from top organisations and law firms in the UK, talking on the importance of visibility of female role models, clients prioritizing diversity in firm choice, valuing your networks, issues around retaining women leadership and much more. There has since been coverage in The Times Brief, The Times Law Diary, Legal Futures and more.
