30 years of International Arbitration

April 20, 2015 By Barry Fletcher Leave a Comment

The School of International Arbitration (the SIA) at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) turns 30 this year.

To celebrate this significant milestone, the SIA hosts its 30th Anniversary Conference in London entitled, ‘The Evolution and Future of International Arbitration: The Next 30 Years’ this week. Lexis®PSL Arbitration is proud to support this essential conference as a media partner.

Ahead of the event, we asked distinguished members of the SIA’s faculty, including Professors Julian Lew QC and Loukas Mistelis, as well as leading arbitration practitioners, such as Professor Phillip Capper and Dr Laurence Shore, to share their thoughts on the SIA and also on the future of international arbitration.

We have two articles available for download here and you can also enter your details on the right to download our mini-mag which includes:
